Old Port Perry Ginger Beer Bottle - Item PO489 - $ 95
For local history buffs, here is a stoneware ginger beer bottle, from the days of the old Port Perry Ginger Beer Factory. Old timers may remember it fondly. These bottles still turn up around the community but are getting rare now, because the locals are hanging on to them as prized collectables.
Antique Saddler's Nameplate - Item # ME119 - $ 35
For collectors of rural heritage pieces, here is a saddler's brass plaque which reads D. McGill Saddler. It is in original "as found" condition. The sign measures 14" x 8" and is solid brass; it would polish to a high shine if desired. Much of the insert enamel in the lettering has come off.
This item was acquired locally in the Port Perry, Ontario area.
Rare Old Port Perry Postcard - Item RE323 - $ 20
Another rare item for local history buffs is this postcard showing the Queen Street heritage business district as it was between 1900 and 1909 (post stamp 190- illegible, and King Edward VII on stamp).
Antique Bronze Elevator Hall Lantern - Item RE299 - $ 200
This item would thrill the collector who specializes in old elevator memorabilia, or who loves architectural pieces for their quality and decorative appeal.
The first two photos (from the left) are taken from the front, the third and fourth from the back of the piece.
It is an antique elevator hall lantern with a part number believed to be from the Otis Company at the turn of the 20th century. The lantern is an upper terminal floor lantern, with down directionals only in the form of three red glass arrows. It is made of bronze with gilded finish. The piece is in unrestored condition with some paint drips, no back plate or electrical components. There is a small crack on one of the red glass inserts. The crack cannot be seen from the front and the glass itself is held in tightly.
The lantern measures approximately 23 cm x 11 cm.
Seagull Canada Pewter Angel - Item DE207 - $ 65
This large angel is designed to hang on a wall. It has a pewter hanging loop on the back. It measures a generous 30 cm (about 12") in height.
The angel is pewter which requires little to no maintenance to keep its shining appearance. The angel was made by Seagull Canada and dates from 1994 when the company was making some of its best, most carefully cast and detailed work, in our opinion.

Vintage 1950's Pepper and Salt Sets - Items # KA47, KA63, KA48 - $ 20 each

These odd and endearing little pepper and salt sets from the 1950's reflect the emphasis on the home and new appliances in that post-war era. Mrs. Cleaver loved her gadgets!
The little TV has pepper and salt containers which are accessed by turning up the volume control. This item is SOLD.
The toaster works in a similar way by using the control lever to raise the "toasts" which are actually the pepper and salt containers.
Our favorite is the mixer which has a removable bowl and salt and pepper containers which you take off the beater shafts. This item is SOLD.
Vintage Sylvania Radio Tube Store Display - Item # DE99 - $ 100

The piece measures approximately 42" x 21". The edges are a little rough as you would expect from a store piece which was used but not abused.
A great gift for your radio guy.
